My name is Karen!

Hi! My name is Karen and I'm a product designer focused on combining beautiful user interfaces with smooth user experiences. Prior to studying design, I maintained a career as a professional hair stylist and makeup artist for 7 years. Discussions with peers led me to explore a career in design. I quickly learned that this field would allow me to combine my passion for beautiful visuals, storytelling, and technology. Through my past experiences I have learned to explain design choices and receive feedback.
